Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by StudioRadio Network and WAGC 104.7 FM ("the Station"). By submitting materials, purchasing services, booking studio time, or participating in Station programming, you agree to these Terms. Station services include song submissions, studio sessions, on-air mentions, interviews, airplay opportunities, sponsorships, and commercial or promotional production.

StudioRadio Network operates as a broadcast and streaming media platform designed to support artists, businesses, and community programming. Participation in Station services provides opportunities for broadcast and promotion but does not guarantee airplay, scheduling, or commercial results.

All submitted content must be broadcast-ready and appropriate for FM radio and public listening environments. Content must be clean and suitable for general audiences. The Station reserves the right to determine whether submitted materials meet broadcast standards and may decline content that does not meet programming requirements.

Clients retain ownership of their submitted content. By submitting materials, you grant the Station a non-exclusive license to broadcast, stream, archive, and promote the content across radio, online platforms, and promotional media. This includes use of artist names, titles, images, and related materials for Station programming and promotion.

Song submission services provide an opportunity for music to be reviewed for possible rotation. Submission does not guarantee airplay or feedback. Accurate artist and track information should be provided when available. ISRC codes and metadata are recommended but not required.

Studio sessions, interviews, and promotional services are designed to help participants prepare broadcast-ready content and participate in Station programming. Scheduling and placement are determined by the Station. Recording sessions and interviews may be edited or rebroadcast for programming and promotional purposes.

Commercial production and show sponsorship services provide opportunities for broadcast promotion and program support. Scheduling and placement are determined according to Station programming needs.

Payment is required before services begin unless otherwise agreed. Fees are generally non-refundable once services or review processes have started. Missed sessions or unused services may not be rescheduled without approval.

The Station is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by technical issues or circumstances beyond Station control. StudioRadio Network and WAGC 104.7 FM are not liable for indirect damages or business losses related to participation in Station services.

The Station may update services, pricing, or policies as needed. Continued use of Station services indicates acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

By submitting materials or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
