Participants should have:

All participants are required to create and install the following platforms on their laptop & mobile device prior to arrival. These tools are part of the SmartRadio workflow and creator ecosystem.

Once each participant receives a station email address, please proceed to complete the following prior to first day arrival:

• Setup Email in Google, personalize your work account with a clear headshot and your name. Complete all auth/sso and other login requirements.

• Bookmarks the above work apps and organize them in your preferred web browser and ensure they are accessible on both your laptop and mobile device.

• Complete all SSO/Authentication issues prior to arrival.

• On you mobile device, go to “Notifications” and ensure notifications are cut ON.

SmartRadio is designed around modern creator operations. These platforms are not optional add-ons — they are required for production, communication, publishing, branding, and collaboration workflows used throughout the entirety of the program.

Participants learn a wide range of basic to advanced methods and techiniques on how AI tools integrate into professional production environments while maintaining quality, branding, and creator authenticity standards.

Fresh25 is StudioRadio Network’s structured artist submission and promotion pipeline designed to help independent artists access professional FM airplay, digital rotation, and creator visibility through a technology-enabled review process.

Recruitment of Fresh25 is a basic marketing task that is ongoing for our station operations.
